Competition Licensing II introduces the decisions that distinguish lapping quickly from racing responsibly. Students practice starts, restarts, side-by-side positioning, overtaking, rule-compliant defending, and managing changing traffic.
Exercises increase workload while preserving control: read intent, leave racing room, make one clear decision, and recover from a disrupted line without creating a second problem. The course prepares students for observed competition-school sessions; it does not replace or guarantee them.
