Driver practicing controlled car rotation on a wet training course while an instructor observes

GT—01The Training Division

The car gets
no credit here.

Whatever you want to do in a car—from the first emergency stop to the first green flag—we train the driver to do it deliberately, repeatably, and without the machine becoming the excuse.

01Merit behind the wheel

Whatever you arrived in, one question remains: Can you drive?

An exotic car can convince any driver that they are great. A modest car reveals the truth, and allows us to create true greatness.

Badge, budget, horsepower, and reputation wait outside the assessment. We score the part no machine can manufacture: what you see, what you choose, how cleanly you ask, and whether you can do it again.

01

Vision

See the problem early.

02

Judgment

Choose the useful response.

03

Control

Make one clean input.

04

Consistency

Produce it again.

05

Willingness

Let the work change you.

02The curriculum / Seven disciplines

One ladder.
Every version of driving.

Start with survival. Chase a cleaner lap. Learn loose surface, drift, precision stunt work, or the route to a competition license. Each dossier is a distinct objective inside the same progression system.

03The progression / Same ladder, different ceiling

Four stages.
One standard.

Level 01See

Know what matters and where to look before the car asks the question.

Baseline
Level 02Control

Make the correct input with enough margin to understand the result.

Foundation
Level 03Repeat

Reproduce the outcome without a lucky corner, surface, or moment.

Consistency
Level 04Perform

Apply the skill under speed, pressure, complexity, and consequence.

Execution
14+
The program changes. The standard does not.No upper age limit

04The coach’s job

Give the driver enough truth to change the next lap—not so much noise they cannot hear the car.

Calm instruction. Direct feedback. We use analogies that connect the car to something the driver already understands. If the explanation does not land, the explanation changes—not the standard.

How does private-course booking work?+

Review the individual course, submit a private training inquiry with three preferred dates, and tell us the vehicle plan and your goals. Grey Team confirms availability, eligibility, and the final price before Grey Team Racing LLC sends a secure Stripe payment request. No payment is collected with the inquiry.

Do I need a performance car?+

No. The right vehicle depends on the program and the skill being built. We settle the vehicle plan before the session—not after you arrive.

Who supplies the car?+

We typically supply the car, but we are more than ready to train you in yours.

Is 14 too young to start?+

No. A controlled training environment is exactly where foundational habits belong. Placement, readiness, and the right curriculum matter more than bravado.

Am I too old to learn this well?+

No. We coach the driver who is present: their objective, experience, comfort, pace, and physical needs. The progression adapts; the standard stays intact.

Can I start with drift, rally, or stunt?+

Possibly. We evaluate the existing control foundation and either begin there or give you the shortest responsible route into the discipline you want.

Where does Grey Team Academy operate?+

Grey Team is based in Central Florida. Current private Academy course inquiries are scheduled at The FIRM—Florida International Rally & Motorsport Park in Starke, Florida—and the confirmed booking identifies the final facility plan.
